This new villas, are 2 km away from the centre and from the port of Castellammare del Golfo. They are close to the natural reserve of the Zingaro; to the tuna-fishing zone of Scopello, with its wonderful "faragliones" (isolated crags in the sea), and to the hot baths in the also archaeological places of Segesta and Selinunte. Palermo is 50 km far away and Trapani 30 km, so it is possible to organize some trips to visit the Egadi Islands. The beach is 900 mt. away from the houses, and it has equipped areas, that you may enjoy paying. In the neighborhood you will find a market, some bars and restaurants too.

The villas are two of 70 mq large; have a private parking lot and two supplementary showers surrounded by stone walls. The first one has two bedrooms with 4/5 beds, instead the second one has three bedrooms with 5/6 beds. Both of them consits of: bathrooms with shower, nice living rooms with large equipped kitchens, and partially covered terraces 40 mq large with a panoramic view of the sea, and garden furniture. There is electric light out in the terraces, that makes possible to fully enjoy them. The houses are furnished in a modern style and the furniture is well kept.

The price includes table cloths, bath cloths and bed linen, that can be changed weekly or daily on request.
