The building dates back to the 19th Century and has been completely restored. It is divided into three independent apartments, each one with three bedrooms, a big kitchen, bathrooms with shower, a living room, a courtyard and a veranda from which is possible accessing to the farm land; and has a wonderful view of the Egadi islands and of the valley of Erice. The old olive trees overlook a landscape filled with the unique scent of jasmine and fruit trees, that are the background of "Baglio Costa di Mandorla", located at just 5 km away from Trapani and a few meters from the center
