In our dining hall you will taste our traditional dishes. The "VOLPARA" thanks to its panoramic views is the ideal place for elegant and unforgettable banquets and marriages.
Our restaurant has a capacity of 300 peolple.
The VOLPARA is just 8 km far from the city centre that will allow to schedule interesting excursions and visits to the best tourist and archaeological places of the province of Trapani: Erice, the salt pans,the island of Mothya, Selinunte, Segesta, the Egadi islands, Marsala city centre and its three different itineraries concerning salt, wine and art.
Such pleasant environment is the frame to high quality cooking based on the tastes of the local cookery, combined with excellent wines for which these land is famous.
Our special dishes forsee: mussels soup and spaghetti with sea fruits, barbequed meat and fish, the zabbina (hot ricotta with the serum).
