Holidays House "Lylla" offers three apartments (Salomone, Arezzo and Salomone Bis) located in the historic centre of Siracusa (Ortigia Island), and one Villa by the sea (Villa Rosa) located in Fontane Bianche beach. All of the apartments have private entries and parking lot in the neighbourhood. Some of them have a terrace, others have a little garden with pergola, wood-burning oven, barbecue, etc. The apartments are near the sea and near an equipped beach, each one is furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen and they are provided with linen (for bed, kitchen and bath). There are 2 little apartments (up to 2 people)

The location of these holiday apartments is perfect for visiting the greek, the medieval, the renaissance and the baroque monuments of the historic centre; for taking a bath in the near beach, or for shopping at the handicrafts shops of Ortigia Island. You may also have dinner in some restaurants or pizzerias in the area. Instead "Villa Rosa" is a large Villa, near Fontane Bianche beach, a renowned seaside resort, close to Syracuse (about 15 km). The Villa have a large garden and it is very near the sea. It is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday on the seashore,

as the sea is about 130 meters away. The house consists of two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two (or three) single beds, a little room with one bed, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, freezer, gas-cooker, oven, crockery, etc.), two bathrooms and a large terrace. Thee is also a large garden with a cool pine-wood where there is a gazebo with table and chairs, and an supplementary shower; furthermore you can park the car inside the garden. The place can lodge, ideally 6 people, but up to 8 people can be accommodated.

In the neighborhood there are shops, markets, some of them are also opened during the winter. If you llike big supermarkets or large shops you can go to Cassibile town (about 2 km away from Fontane Bianche), where you will find everything you might need.

Fontane Bianche has a long beach with clear and crystalline waters; and it is a good starting-point to visit the Southern part of Sicily, you may visit: Noto, Modica, Ragusa Ibla; and other sea places as: the natural riserve of Vendicari, Marina di Ragusa, Marzamemi, Portopalo, etc.
