The Resort Area is located in a quiet position; to 100 meters away from the town center and 300 meters away from the beach; it is composed of small terraced villas built in the typical style of the island. The apartaments can entertain up to 5 people, are furnished in a particularly good taste, they are composed of: a bathroom with shower, a kitchen with fridege, TV, an air conditioning/ heating system, a phone, a safe; a small garden and a covered patio or balcony. Guests can also be housed in small apartments detached form the main block; they have the same comforts, except for the patio. Villas, that can entertain from 4 to 8 persons and fully furnished, are also available on Castellaro - Monte Pirrera.

Or to effect mini cruise or excursions in boat to admire the interesting beaches and small caves of the coast. The Residence is 300 mt. away from the inhabited center, 800 mt. away from the sea, 800 mt. away from the Port and 300 mt. away from the hydroplanes port.
