Limonaia - consists of four apartaments, each one of 33 mq.,composed of two levels, with a kitchen and a living room on the ground level and a bedroom with bathroom inside on the first level, besides there is a furnished outdoor space with view.
Nespolo - It is a three-roomed apartment of 60 mq., composed of: a living room, a kitchenette and two bedrooms. One of them is a double room and the other one has bunk beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed as well as a bathroom with shower. This apartament has a private furnished outdoor space with sea view.
Casetta Rosa - It is a two-roomed apartment of 60 mq. composed of: one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, as well as one living room with one sofa bed and one kitchen. The apartment has an extensive private terrace which is furnished and has enchanting view of the Gulf of Solanto. It is located at about 200 mt. away from the Villa sorrounded by a citrus orchard.
Atrio Villa - It is a two-roomed apartament of 35 mq. with a living room and a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The apartament also has a terrace that faces the atrium inside the Villa.
Oliveto Rooms - They are two double and one quadruple rooms, each one with bath room.
